Job Responsibilities:

✅ Facilitate the onboarding process for new staff.
✅ Supervise student mentors and community managers to ensure smooth operations.
✅ Organize and manage HR meetings to enhance team communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

🔹 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
🔹 Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR or related roles, particularly in onboarding and mentorship programs.
🔹 Skills:
✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
✔ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
