An Inventory Officer in a cosmetic brand is responsible for managing and tracking stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records, and coordinating the procurement and distribution of beauty products. They oversee warehouse operations, prevent stock shortages or overstocking, and maintain optimal inventory control to support sales and customer demand. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory management systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency in the beauty industry.

📍Location: Anthony Village, Lagos
💰Salary: ₦100,000/month
🗓️Working Days: Monday – Saturday (10 AM – 6 PM)
✅ One day off per week

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Verify Delivery Schedules – Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders within Lagos and nationwide.
🔹 Coordinate Logistics – Work closely with logistics companies and delivery agents to streamline transportation.
🔹 Stock Management – Conduct regular stock checks, maintain accurate records, and update inventory reports.
🔹 Restocking & Supply Planning – Monitor low-stock items and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages.

Job Requirements

🔹 Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
🔹 Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory management or logistics.
🔹 Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office.
🔹 Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and keen attention to accuracy.
🔹 Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with order management and supply chain operations.
