Key Deliverables
- Oversee daily operations to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Manage administrative functions, including finance and customer service.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
- Lead and supervise departmental heads, offering guidance and support.

Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations and administration management.
- Proven track record in managing operations, administration, and customer service.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational software.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
