Job Overview
As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the printing press, managing staff, ensuring smooth production processes, and supporting business development efforts. Key Responsibilities

Daily Business Operations: Ensure the printing press operates efficiently by managing day-to-day activities across departments.

Training & Development: Organize training sessions and upskilling initiatives for staff to improve productivity.

Finance & Accounting: Handle client invoicing, track payments, manage expenses, and oversee staff salaries using accounting tools.

Job Requirements
