About the Role

As a Company Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all surveying activities related to company projects. Your expertise will contribute significantly to project planning, development, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Site Surveys: Gather and analyze data for project planning and development.
Prepare Survey Reports: Create site plans, topographic maps, and other relevant documentation.
Manage Survey Teams: Supervise survey teams and set clear goals and objectives.
Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project deliverables.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations, laws, and standards.
Provide Expert Advice: Offer insights and recommendations on surveying and mapping matters.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geoinformatics, or a related field.
Certification: Membership with the Nigerian Institute of Surveyors (NIS) or a similar professional body.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in surveying, preferably within the real estate sector.
Skills:
