 Position: Head of Micro Financial Institution (MFI)

 Remuneration: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 (Net Salary) + Bonus + HMO Cover + Pension Plan

 Job Summary:

As the Head of MFI, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding the customer base, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will lead high-performing teams, oversee multiple branches, and implement strategies to maximize sales and profit targets.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies for business expansion.
• Branch Management: Oversee multiple microfinance institutions across various locations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities to grow market share.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and regulators.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform decisions.
• Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

 Requirements for

Director Needed for MicroFinance Institution 

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial banking or microfinance.
• Educational Background: BSc/HND in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing multiple branches and leading high-performing teams.
• Sales Expertise: Strong business development and sales skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, motivational, and communication abilities.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data for informed business decisions.
• Industry Insight: Strong understanding of microfinance operations, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
• Location Preference: Candidate must live in or around the Oshodi axis.
• Gender Balance: Female preferred for gender balance in leadership.
