Job Overview
The company is in search of dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Field Sales Executives with 4–6 years of demonstrable success in sales, including at least 3 years in the FMCG industry. This role is focused on boosting the visibility and sales of premium cashew products to retailers, distributors, and other B2B clients across Lagos and Abuja.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation

Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Prospect and convert new leads within assigned sales territories.

Guarantee product availability across outlets, supermarkets, and distribution centers.
Market Expansion & Promotions

Recruit new clients including retailers and distributors.

Explore untapped markets and launch penetration strategies.

Carry out promotional activities such as sampling and discount campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management

Nurture long-term relationships with existing customers and key accounts.

Resolve complaints swiftly and provide after-sales optimization support.
Merchandising & Visibility

Monitor product placement and ensure proper shelf visibility.

Participate in in-store branding campaigns and product activations.

Track and report competitor activity, suggesting improvements where necessary.
Reporting & Analysis

Submit detailed sales reports and market feedback weekly/monthly.

Analyze trends and performance metrics to inform future strategies.

Ensure adequate stock levels and prompt product replenishment.
Territory Management

Oversee a well-defined territory with effective daily route planning.

Maximize reach and minimize travel inefficiencies.
Compliance & Documentation

Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.

Keep organized records of invoices, sales, and communications.
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

A strong 4–6 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in FMCG.

Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing pipelines.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
