Job Overview

You will work directly with retailers, distributors, and stores to expand product presence and boost brand visibility.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities as a Field Sales Executive will span across six key areas:

1. Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Achieve defined sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

  • Discover and pursue new sales opportunities in your designated territory.

  • Ensure that the product is consistently available in key retail outlets, supermarkets, and distributor warehouses.

2. Market Expansion & Promotions

  • Grow the customer base by onboarding new clients such as distributors and retailers.

  • Break into new markets and open new sales territories.

  • Conduct frequent visits to stores to assess potential growth opportunities.

  • Coordinate and execute promotional strategies like sampling and discounts to boost sales.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Foster strong relationships with current stores and key accounts.

  • Quickly address and resolve customer issues and complaints.

  • Offer post-sales support, including strategies to optimize store sales performance.

4. Merchandising and Brand Visibility

  • Oversee proper product display and placement in retail outlets, managed by merchandisers.

  • Actively participate in branding activities, in-store promotions, and marketing activations.

5. Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare detailed sales reports and market feedback documents regularly.

Qualifications and Skills Required
