- Welcome & Assist: Greet members and visitors, answering inquiries with a smile.
- Smooth Check-ins & Check-outs: Manage customer flow efficiently.
- Professional Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Organized Workspace: Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
- Appointment Management: Schedule gym sessions and trainer bookings seamlessly.
- Membership Processing: Handle memberships, renewals, and payments swiftly.
- Customer Feedback: Address customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
✅ Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of an OND or equivalent qualification.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computer systems and office software.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, admin, or front desk roles is an advantage.
