Job Overview
The Field Credit Officer (Asset Financing) will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting asset financing solutions to businesses of various sizes. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in sales, possess excellent communication abilities, and have the determination to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development: Drive business growth by identifying and onboarding potential clients. Product Knowledge: Understand the ins and outs of the asset financing products to effectively educate clients. Lead Management: Monitor and follow up on leads to close deals efficiently. Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty. Loan Execution: Facilitate and manage the loan approval process for clients.
Required Qualifications
Education:

B.Sc/HND/OND (minimum requirement)

Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, and mathematics
Experience:
-
2–3 years’ experience in SME Loans or Merchant Lending

Prior work experience or training in sales (preferred)

Loan Officer experience with a Microfinance Bank/Outfit is a must
