Job Duties

📧 Oversee clerical tasks such as sorting mail, answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries.

📋 Maintain office supplies inventory and order new materials when needed.

🗂 Organize and maintain filing systems, including creating and disposing of files.

📑 Create and maintain record-keeping systems.
