📍 Ladipo, Ikeja, Lagos State

Job Duties

  • 📧 Oversee clerical tasks such as sorting mail, answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries.

  • 📋 Maintain office supplies inventory and order new materials when needed.

  • 🗂 Organize and maintain filing systems, including creating and disposing of files.

  • 📑 Create and maintain record-keeping systems.

  • ⚙️ Ensure smooth office operations at all times.

  • 🗓 Schedule meetings and send invites to attendees.

  • 🚗 Run official errands for management.

  • 📌 Perform other tasks as assigned.
