Position Overview

As an Online Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting our brand with customers through various digital channels. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers via WhatsApp, Instagram, and our website, processing orders using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.​

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, and our website to address inquiries, provide product information, and guide purchasing decisions.​

• Order Management: Process orders accurately and efficiently using our ERP system, ensuring timely and correct order fulfillment.​

• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings to effectively assist customers and promote new arrivals.​

• Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, striving to exceed customer expectations and maintain a positive brand reputation.​

• Record Keeping: Utilize our ERP system to manage customer records, track orders, and monitor inventory levels.​

Qualifications

• Educational Background: A minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field.​

• Experience: Previous experience in online sales, particularly within the cosmetics industry, is preferred but not required.​

• Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.​

  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.​

  • Familiarity with ERP systems or a willingness to learn.​

  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.​

• Location: Trade Fair, Lagos.​

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.​

• Salary: ₦100,000 per month.​
