🔹 Job Summary

As a BMS Operator/Technician, you will be responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Building Management System to ensure optimal performance of building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ System Monitoring & Control: Oversee and regulate the BMS to ensure efficiency.
✅ Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular system checks and maintenance on BMS hardware & software.
✅ Fault Diagnosis: Identify and resolve issues with HVAC, lighting, and connected systems.
✅ System Optimization: Analyze energy data and adjust system settings to enhance efficiency.
✅ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations align with safety regulations and building codes.
✅ Collaboration & Reporting: Work with facility management teams, contractors, and technical staff while maintaining detailed performance reports.
✅ Staff Training: Assist in training personnel on BMS tools and equipment.

🔹 Education & Experience

🎓 Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Engineering (or a related field).
🛠 Experience: 2–5 years in BMS operations, maintenance, or a similar role.

🔹 Required Skills

🔹 Proficiency in BMS software (e.g., Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell).
🔹 Strong troubleshooting & diagnostic abilities.
🔹 Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and control systems.
🔹 Basic understanding of IT networks and BMS integration.
