Key Responsibilities
Study & Work Abroad Consultation

✅ Provide expert guidance to clients seeking international education and employment opportunities.

✅ Conduct in-depth consultations to assess clients’ academic qualifications, career goals, skills, and financial circumstances.

✅ Research and recommend universities, courses, work programs, and internships tailored to clients’ needs.

✅ Advise on work-study balance options, including part-time work regulations and post-graduation permits.

✅ Assist clients with application documentation (e.g., personal statements, CVs, portfolios, and recommendation letters).

✅ Guide clients through visa applications for study and work, including interview preparation.

✅ Stay updated on immigration policies, work rights, and regulatory changes.

✅ Maintain an alumni network for testimonials, mentorship, and referrals.
Content Creation & Digital Growth

✅ Develop engaging educational content highlighting study and work opportunities abroad.

✅ Organize and host virtual events, webinars, and live Q&A sessions.

✅ Create and maintain a repository of FAQs, guides, and resources.
Partnership Development & Business Growth

✅ Build and nurture partnerships with international educational institutions.

✅ Develop relationships with global employers, recruitment agencies, and internship providers.

✅ Negotiate commission structures and formalize agreements with partners.

✅ Represent the agency at education and career fairs (virtual and in-person).

✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for inquiries and successful placements.
Qualifications
Required
✔ Minimum 2+ years of experience in international education consulting, overseas recruitment, or global mobility services.
✔ Strong knowledge of global education systems and international labor markets.
✔ Proficiency in immigration pathways, work visas, and study permits.
✔ Proven business development skills with a track record of meeting conversion targets.
✔ Excellent cross-cultural communication skills (written and verbal).
✔ Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Preferred
🔹 Existing relationships with international educational institutions and employers.
🔹 Background in recruitment, career counseling, or international HR.
